Leadership Style

The two main factors that demonstrate my leadership style are my Gallup's Clifton Strengths and my 6 Thinking Hats.

The Top 5 Strengths:

These appropriately describe my strengths as I often depend on my intuition and EQ as a leader. These points are what present my empathy, individualization, and relation strengths. I make sure to also maintain a level-headed approach and look at all options thus leading to my strategic and adaptability strengths. 

For my 6 Thinking Hats test, I fell under the red hat category. The red hat represents feelings and emotions which further emphasizes what was previously mentioned.

Overall I think my leadership style strongly relies on my ability to read a person, follow and trust my intuition, and work with others to ensure my leadership is effective and beneficial to everyone. I often live my life hoping to help others and make sure everyone is happy so it makes sense that my leadership style follows a similar structure with the only difference being I try to also include some amount of logical thinking as well.
