I believe the best form of leadership is a multifaceted approach. There are various forms of leadership and finding a way to incorporate every form is ultimately the most efficient.

Prior to learning about leadership in PL, I simply assumed the best form of leadership is commanding respect and getting work done. However, throughout the various classes that I've taken, I realized there is so much more to leadership than the binary idea I had before. Having practiced forms of leadership in class and learning more about them in CPPL200, I understood that different people have different ways of leading.

Although in normal circumstances, most people only follow one form of leadership, I believe the best form of leadership is to create a mix of various forms of leadership. This is something I explain in detail in my leadership philosophy paper that I've provided below.
